Nox, The World

• Nox has two main continents, the Old World and the New World. 
• One is not more advanced than the other, one is just more scientific while the other one is more magical.

• In some parts of the river Styx there is no bottom
• There is a forest where the trees soak up sound and play it back
• There is a flower that releases bubbles when it blooms

The People of Nox

• Air and Water tennins are extinct, both families gave up their bodies for their element.
• Every year mainlanders send out floats to the ocean in honor of the sacrifice the water family made.
• It is believed that the human shapes you see in the water are water tennins looking through to the outside world. 
• Others think that they are the spirits of the dead. 
• There is a lost tribe of water tennins living on an undiscovered island

• There are very few Darks left and Thanatos's line has died out (Shade)
• There is a hidden city of Darks in the desert, and only those who know about it and exactly where it is can see it. The natives stay in their city and rarely ever leave.

Dimensions

"Elysium, or the afterlife, is found below the ocean, beneath the ocean life, deeper than the blackest trench, so far that the darkness fades and it becomes light again." 

Elysium connects all the dimensional orbitals.

In Katt's world you can physically travel through different dimensions through water and air. Powerful water and air elementalists have the ability to travel on their own (though it is very difficult and it almost killed Katt the one time she tried). In theory anyone could swim or fly to a different dimension if they could hold their breath and manage to swim for a couple thousand years.
